‘We guarantee to return your wedding/engagement photos within 1 week of your special day for no extra charge, allowing you to cherish your special memories sooner.’

It’s a big deal to take the leap and book a wedding photographer. We want to make that leap a little less scary by providing our guarantee.

Some photographers charge extra for express delivery but we believe this should be standard. You can rest easy knowing exactly when you’ll get your photos back. Please read our terms and conditions below.

Terms and conditions

1. Service Description:

  • Arev Photography guarantees to provide wedding photography services, including the editing of photos, in a professional and timely manner.

2. One-Week Editing Guarantee:

  • We commit to delivering fully edited wedding photos to the client within one week (7 calendar days) from the wedding date. Editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, and other post-processing as needed.

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client must provide the photographer with all necessary information and access to the wedding venue, timeline, and any special photo requests in a timely manner.

  • The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer during the event to ensure the best possible photography outcome.

4. Force Majeure:

  • The guarantee may be extended or suspended due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure). In such cases, we will inform the client as soon as possible and provide a revised delivery date.

5. Delivery Method:

  • The edited photos will be delivered digitally through a secure online platform, as agreed upon with the client.

6. Additional Edits:

  • Minor revisions or corrections requested by the client will be accommodated within reason. Extensive re-editing or additional editing requests may incur extra charges.

7. Payment:

  • The client agrees to fulfil all payment obligations as agreed upon in the contract before the photos are delivered.

8. Privacy and Usage:

  • The client agrees that the photographer may use select wedding photos for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Cancellation and Refund:

  • If the client cancels the photography service, they may be subject to a cancellation fee. The exact terms for cancellation and refunds will be outlined in the contract.

10. Client Acknowledgment:

  • By hiring Arev Photography for wedding photography services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

11. Legal Jurisdiction:

  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the UK.
